Jeff Eitreim
As a defensive end and offensive lineman, he lettered four years on the football team. He was named Honorable Mention All-Conference as a sophomore and All-Conference as a junior and senior. As a senior co-captain, he led the team to an undefeated season, a Conference championship and was named to the All-State team.
As a forward on the basketball team, he was a three year letterman. He was named to the All-Conference team all four years of high school. In his senior season, as team co-captain, he led the Lynx to Conference and Sectional championships, which earned Brandon Valley High School their first ever trip to the 1975 State A Tournament where they finished fourth.
Jeff was also an outstanding thrower for the track and field team, lettering three times.
After graduation, Jeff attended South Dakota School of Mines and Technology for one year where he started as a freshman on their conference football championship team. He then transferred to South Dakota State University and lettered all three years.
